Estate Planning made easy in
3 Simple Steps
1 Attend a Peace of Mind Planning Session with attorney Whitney Wood (choose from in-person or by zoom). We will work off of a secure online questionnaire that you will fill out before we meet. We will discuss your goals and needs for your future in depth so we have a clear understanding of what it is you need. In this Zoom meeting I will map out your options, including a Will versus a Trust. This will enable you to make an educated and well informed decision on what you believe is best for your family.
2 Attend a collaborative Estate Plan Design Meeting (choose from in-person or by zoom) with attorney Whitney Wood. In this meeting we will design your will or trust and other estate planning documents. We will have your documents drafted and sent over to you for your review within one to two weeks. Then, we will review them at a shorter review meeting, and make any changes or updates that you see fit. When you are happy with your documents, we will coordinate your signing for you.
3 Your Signing Ceremony is where you will sign your documents with the proper legal formalities in front of two witnesses and a notary at our office. This convenient approach will give you the peace of mind that your assets are in order and your family is protected.
